i have an idea, handiham campers should contact nasa, so they could contact iss. what do you think?

does anyone know if tigertronics packet works with the tmv71-a radio? or will i have to get the kenwood packet head or what ever you call it. i want to work packsats. 

one more thing, can that rig say my call letters with the vs1 chip? and how do you make it do so?
