Hi Danny and List,

If I can ad my two cents here.  I agree with you Danny except for one small 
caveat.  The place to inject the pl tone is not at the mic input.  When you 
put in the tone there it goes through the processing in the radio.  The 
place to ad the tone audio is as close as possible to the discriminator. 
You want to insert the tone at a point in the circuitry where no processing 
of the audio is done.  73.
