thanks that actually helps a lot.  I just turned it on today and we will see 
what a difference it will make.  I hope it will be because I only have one 
battery pack right now and maby this will help it last a little while 
longer.  I'm hoping to get me another one soon how ever.  I was in the 
middel of a QSO today and the battery dropped on me.  not much wornning is 
there?  When it is ded it is ded.  one minute I was talking and then, 
"battery low".  smile 73
