You are not extreemely limited with just the basics with system access, 
which is the new name for freedom box.  Their are many things it handles 
better than window-eyes or jfw.  It is however easy to miss the audio 
confirmation of key labels.
pdf reading, dos, interactive web pages, word's advanced features, windows 
restore, the operating system, it's all there.
