I am doing something wrong it appears.  I get the Country, State, County,
and Agency selected, and using the virtual mouse, I find two more drop
downs, the category and sub category, that do not become enabled.  I also
notice the Import button does not work.  I am using a Premium Account on
Radio Reference.  Any help will be appreciated.
