Hi there Dave.
I haven't been on this list long enough to know if anyone here is doing
anything related to irlp, however; as I've been studying toward becoming
an ham myself I know of at least two hams who are blind and who have
irlp nodes up and running: Jim Fidler VO1RV and Riley Hiett KL3RH and I
am certain there are most likely others.
As there are alot of hams on the speakup list dedicated to the speakup
screen review system for Linux there may well be members of the speakup
list with nodes up too so that might not be a bad place to pose your
question.
Also, I'm curious what part of the process you wish to have accessible,
are you simply asking about any admin tasks once you get it up, are you
referring too being able to do the installation yourself, or what, after
all, if it's simply being able to access the box with speech after you
put it up you could ssh or telnet to it from a windows box in a pinch.
Just some thoughts from here though they're far from complete as I've
definitely got a great deal to learn.
Nevertheless, for now I'm out of here, think I'll look over a bit of
material as my test for basic qualification is five days from today, I'm
getting pumped as the day draws closer.
73's from an upcoming operator in VO1 land
