I have one of those chineese ones I got on ebay a few years back.  The 
link no longer works, but search for fm broadcast transmitter.  mINE HAS 
WORKED flawlessly, has line in and microphone in both with their own 
gain controls.  I put a quarter wave whip on top of my metal rooff and 
this thing reaches 3 or 4 miles.  Good audio as well.
I put it on the i f r and on high power, puts out 8 watts.
