Bob does it really tune to 30 or did you mean 300 KHZ? I thought
that 30 KHZ was where they transmit digital information to
submarines. Jim WA6EKS

Subject: Kenwood TS590 firmware update

Hi,

I just updated the firmware on my TS590S to version 2.0. The
upgrade
went without a hitch and the new update adds several new features
from
the SG series to the older S model that I own.

I think I saw a question about how far down in frequency the 590
will
tune. It will tune down to 30 KHZ.
