Yesterday afternoon, just a bit before the Blind Hams net, I was
tinkering on 10 meters in the JARTS RTTY contest. Worked a couple of
W7's, a VE7, and heard a Hawaii station. When he finished his QSO,
he moved, so it wasn't his freq and I didn't hear him again. I was
running about 70 watts into a low dipole, from just outside of Philly.
