I haven't any idea which is best it depends on what you want to do.  I do want to know, however, if their are braille plus owners on this list and if you have been able to send to this or other email lists??
I can send to the aph braille plus list with no issues and they blame the rest of the world.  I have had issues with a number of other lists and am trying to see if others have similar problems.
Any info much appreciated.  Feel free to contact me off list.
