This will be of some help but as the holder of an advanced
license, Extra class folks get a little more phone privileges at
the bottom of some or maybe all bands.  The following information
is for phone priveleges and doesn't include CW, so it obviously
does not give the entire spectrum  for each band.  The 30 meter
band stuff I got off line, the other information I got from a guy
who read me the phone bands from the ARRL handbook.  I made the
recent changes to the 60 meter band just a few days ago per the
latest rules changes from the April QST. .  Jim WA6EKS
Phone privileges on HF,
80 meters phone 3700-40000 LSB.  60 meters: there are five
channels, 1 5.33050, 2 5.34650, 3 5.3570, * 4 5.37150, and 5
5.40350, USB for CW the center frequencies for the 60 meter
channels are: 1 5.320, 2 5.3480, 3 5.3585, 4 5.3730, 5 5.4050
40 meters 7.125-7.300, LSB
the 30 Meter Band ...the following information is NOT official,
but based on observations from Internet sources and those active
on 30 Meter Band.) 10.106 - 10.116 10.110 10.115 10.1175 10.118
