Hi, Folks!  I'm getting a Kenwood tm-d710a radio which has a TNC and 
APRS.  A couple of questions:

1.  Are folks still using TAPR?

2.  If not, what software do I need to interface with the TNC, and 
how do I get an IP address?  I'm using Windows XP as my operating system.

3.  Does anyone have experience working with this rig?
