Adrien, maybe I am missing something here, but can't you just 
download the upgrade to your VR Stream? It's much easier than 
finding the upgrade on their website.  It worked very smoothly, 
but then I am in the US.  73, Jim WA6EKS

have been on their website, where do I find the up-grades
