Scott it costs nothing to renew or modify your ticket.  You can either do it 
on line or have a ve team help you with the paperwork.  If the team is with 
the laurel Maryland vec, it's free.  The arrl vec charges a minimal fee but 
I don't remember what it is.  Next time there is a local exam session and 
you just explain to them that you want to modify your license to reflect 
your new address.  That is required by the way so do it as soon as you can.
