The coax checks out to be good. We used a different coax to connect up the
dummy load, but we checked all of the coax used for shorts where there
shouldn't be any shorts and for continuity where there should be continuity.

We did both a partial and a full reset.

I am receiving signals just fine. The new antenna, the double bazooka, seems
to be working ok on receive.

I even went through every single menu setting to double check all of those
settings, and they seem to all be correct.

When I press the mic button and talk into the mic, the meter shows zero
power and the ALC shows zero also. I've tried all bands and all modes with
the same negative results.

I immediately thought of the drive button, but that would not effect all
bands; plus, a reset would correct that problem.

I am totally baffled. This is a new rig, pretty much straight out of the
box. I need to get someone who can see the meter on my power supply to be
sure it is putting out the full 13 or 13.8 volts, but I think the power
supply is ok; it is a 28 amp supply.
