Probably not. It sounds like something broke that holds the port connector
in position or something inside the case has shifted. In cases like this,
my experience is that only an authorized service facility is really going to
fix the problem.

Subject: crookid paralell port

Hi everyone. I have a Keynot Companion that I am currently having a
problem with getting the disc driv3 hooked up to the paralell port. From
the looks lf it I think that the port itself on the Companion got crookid.
Is there any quick fix for something like that? Any help would be
appreciated, and thanks in advance.
