Sorry about the delay. I don't do emails at home every day and so just saw
this thread.

Eric, I can forward the manual to you. It's okay to read if you don't mind
that I haven't done any formatting or proofing of the text. I simply let
OpenBook OCR the .pdf file.

Please let me know if you would like to have it.

BTW, the IC703+ has been a thoroughly enjoyable radio for me. I've worked a
number of countries on 80 through 10 meters, including England on 80 meters,
Australia, New Zealand and South Africa on 15 meters all with just the rig's
10 watts.

I tried downloading one from Icom America web site at work then found I 
couldn't open it nor read it with Acrobat Reader.

Don't like pdf files much!
