Someone asked what kind of file that is. It is a zip file and
you will get a directory containing the wav file plus a small
text describing what you are about to hear.

The unzip utility for unix systems doesn't care if there is no
extension. I tried that first and it worked so you simply need
to unzip the file and you will get something to play.
