For DX, my ground mounted vertical is great, for the local groups on 10
meters, it's useless and I'd love the Imax or the A99 but I'm out of places
to put more antennas. They should be causing problems for each other as it
is. 6 antennas on a 100x35 foot lot is about enough. I've wondered about
raising the vertical but where it's already by far the tallest structure in
the area and needs to be guided, I think I'm going to just have to deal with
what it is. It's great for DX and I love it I just am a little leery about
putting it over all the structures in the area both for visibility reasons
and a good wind storm would probably blow the whole house over. hi hi
