I hate to say this, but most of the user manuals these days are written by chinese workers (and translated to English by same). The attitude I have gotten from many a company that does business in china has been disappointing. Its like they just don't want to deal with us. The only problem for them is this: we are not going away. So, deal with it!

Since a majority of the customers that do business with them are sighted, that is who they will cater to. Like I posted elsewhere: we are a niche or orphan market. they won't deal with us unless forced to.
