Yes, but that same Congress gave that earnings test elimination to millions 
of seniors, and yet they claim that giving it to a comparatively fewer 
number of blind people would bankrupt the system.

And don't forget that an actor or other celebrity who might make millions of 
dollars doing movies who is over 65 and who has paid into the system can 
legally draw their social security benefits if they so choose.  Yes they 
would pay taxes on it, but they could draw it.
