The talking meter is available from the independence market www.nfb.org 
catalog number aig67m $49 and the communications and coaxial cable tester is 
catalog number aig68t for $15.  The multimeter takes 3 aa batteries and the 
communications cable tester takes 1 9 volt battery included with the
