Mike, I didn't know how to do that either. So, I took the lazy man's way
out. I called the microsoft disabilities desk up in Seattle. They remoted
into my computer and did it for me. I know that probably doesn't help you.
But that's how I stopped them from nagging me about Windows Ten. That
message was bothering me about every twelve minutes or so! 73. Doug, N6NFF

Subject: O/T Computer Configuration Question

Other than installing Windows 10, how can I make my computer stop
nagging me to "Get Windows 10" every few minutes?

I'm running Windows 8.1, and the "Get Windows 10" message pops up
frequently.
