There are multiple places to get OE for Windows 7 - 10.  I'm curious where 
folks got there versions, and what they did/didn't like about the 
experience.

Yes to both questions, Jim.  Even though Outlook Express is no longer
supported by Microsoft (they stopped supporting it in 2006), there are
versions of OE that have been fixed so they'll run under Windows 10.  I'm
using one here on both Windows 7 and Windows 10.
