All info received may help.  I could try moving the radio from the current place.  I could get it about 4 or 5 feet from where the breakers are.  Then some of the chokes, where might I get them?  Also, big problem is that I don't have a ground.  Where should that be and how can I make this?  I hope I didn't mess something up.
