Yep, very good points, and a couple more thoughtss. Don't most headsets
require power on the plug? Also, if he wants to read alc, for example,
a switch box won't work. I'd love to have a box here in line I could
put in line and have the standard 8 pin male plug as well as another
jack to do just what he is wanting to do. I'm certainly not capable of
building such. Life really gets fun with the 990 as I can plug a box in
the back with 8 switches and have 8 more functions.
