For those of you that have interest in auto-tune amplifiers, I just learned
of another player in the game. It is a German company that offers amps with
outputs of 3KW to 12KW. The name is Katana, and a google search on the
string

Katana RF Amplifiers

Produces a number of hits. When I googled this last night, the first hit
was the correct outfit. One of the interesting features of these amps is
that they are all desk top models, even the 12KW output model. I know a ham
from another countrythat has ordered the 12KW unit, and I am anxious to
learn how his experiences go. It appears that the number of players in the
auto-tune amp market is increasing, which of course is good for everyone.

Best 73, Alan
