Hi Tom,

I can tell you the answer on that one since I just bought a SW-100 a few
months ago. Best price new in the U.S. is about $349 or so. It is a
tremendous little radio but pricey. I also had a Sangean ATS-909 which is
comparable with the Radio shack DX-398 and it was an excellent radio.

One other tip I might give you for the list. You really don't need to thank
each individual with an email to the list. If you can set your email
program to only reply to the sender then you could do private emails.
Otherwise, one aggregate email thanking everyone for their help would do and
be less for all of us to sift through.

Take care and 73.

Henry:

What is the going price on the Sony ICf-SW100? Can I order it on the web,
or do I have to do it directly through a dealer?

That may be worth looking into if it is not too pricy, although it has much
more than what I am looking for.

Thanks. Best 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ
