Hello,

Wondered if anyone has been experience an issue with the latest EchoLink
program on Windows 8.1 64 bit system where the program says is still running
after exiting the program and launching it again?

I've not had this issue or problem in the past; but, just started today and
didn't know if anyone else might have ran into it and if so what did you do
to solve the problem?
