If you yourself weren't convicted of a crime, the FCC plain doesn't care.
Even if you were, that far in the past, it's 50/50 they even care, no, I'll
say 30/70 against. They don't have the time to deal with it and if there is
something you were convicted of, it can come out at any time anyway. Likely
what ever it is, if you don't draw attention to it, you'll be just fine.
Hopefully tonight doesn't come back to haunt you.

Oh I'm aware of the searchable archives thing, and it was amazing what I
found when I Googled myself. Sometimes I just plain Google myself to see
what should and shouldn't be there. The thing is that I don't want a
family member writing complaints to FCC people saying, "Our daughter is
(fill in blank) and shouldn't be doing ham radio. She is (fill in blank.)"
