Hi all, I also love my ICT90a, though I don't have the cable or software
for programing!  One interesting thing I have found, is I have my radio
modified so the transmit is opened up, wich will let it transmit on 220
MHz, but I'm sure it is very low power and the DTMF tones to not work
there!  I don't know if the PL does or not as I don't currently have any
other 220 radio's to monitor myself with!
