a ts2000 is only going for a grand right now on the used market.  I saw one 
less than 5 years old on QTH.com for 940 the other day with no issues, clean 
and very well looked after acording to the ad.
So, for less than a hundred bucks, you have 4 times the radio...without 
accessories, granted, but still.
Anyway, I'm just sayin...850 is out to lunch in my mind.  But if you think 
you can get it I won't comment  any further and won't bother trying to 
negociate a better price.
If you still have it in a month come back here and we'll talk turkey.
