Mat, all you have to do is while typing in the characters to your passwords,
when you need to switch to upper case, press the key above the three key and
it will convert the characters to upper case. You'll need to press it again
when you need to go back to lower case, but that's how you do it.

Subject: Off Topic, but Stuck
Hi, Folks. I am using a Victor Reader Stream New Generation which
has wireless. Unfortunately, the password to my router is
case-sensitive, and I can't seem to figure out how to go from
lower-case to uppercase and back. Does anyone here happen to know
how to do this? Thanks in advance.--Matt.
P.S. Until I fix this, can't get my HamNation downloads.
