Hi Russ, what screenreader are you using?  I can give you a few settings
for Window-Eyes that make reading of the callsigns in the list view
easier.  Unlike Howard, I have everything set for explorer view.  This
allows you to easily read the list of stations in a windows explorer like
tree view.  Connect to me at:

and I can talk you through some settings.
