I have been reading reviews of the ft-102.
It sounds like a great radio with a great receiver.
Nutralization and bias are critical adjustments.
No watt meter will let you know if you are having problems inside the radio.
Output watt meters measure out put watts.
If the indicate any output with the key up, you have a serious problem!!!
