Alan,

I've used keyboard keyers from k1el.com for years now.  Currently using the 
k42.  It's got a robust keying relay that should handle any rig you want to 
key, no matter how old.  They are sold as kits so you may need someone to 
assemble it for you if you don't want to take that on.  Of course, if you 
don't mind using a computer, there are numerous ways to do that and I'm sure
