the ts2000 covers all hf bands out of the box except 60 meters. and covers that just fine with a mod.  the only drawback is the built in tuner does not work at 60 meters  5 mhz., but if you have an external tuner it is no problem at all, or if yu have a resonant antenna for 60 meter that works great too..  the ward bands  12 and 17 meters hav been included in every all band rig since the 80s
