Bookshare includes the text of a book along with the audio, I gthink. They
are using a somewhat newer version of the Daisy/NISO standard, called
Z39.86-2005. Since they are doing text, and to help some programs parse the
XML files, the DTBook2005.dtd document type definition file is included.
Since there are XML and CSS files with their books and these are being
deleted, I would think that the DTD file is an oversight that HumanWare
could correct at some point.

I've seen a similar behavior with my stream v3 and bookshare books. after
stream removal the folder remains with a file called
book2005dt or the like.
I wrote to humanware support and bookshare about this and they both blamed
the other agency.

I have occasionally to put the card in the computer and go remove all those
not quite empty folders or they slow down the stream after a while.
This seems only to happen with bookshare daisy books.
