Hi Steve,

Yes, HRO in Portland is installing the VGS1's in both the 590 and the TM-V71
I also ordered.

HRO in New Hampshire usually installs boards for me.  The only time they 
didn't was when I ordered my TS-2000 and they had it shipped from the 
Atlanta store.  I think Atlanta just didn't want to do it.  Fortunately, the

chip was easy to install, but I can tell you I was very nervous about doing 
it.
