Not sure, but my bird is old and does not.  My ifr service monitor has a 
serial port, but you need to send it commands so you need something with a 
terminal program of some sore.  I have a braille lite, but don't have the 
terminal program for it, wish I did.  I use an old laptop and I have 
written a program in gwbasic that I use to take various readings on my ifr 
1200 service monitor.
