The problem was with Verizon.  Earlier, I couldn't even see a test message 
to myself.  When I got back in The Shack after late evening dinner, I saw 
all of the messages I had sent as well as those from others using Verizon. 
Please excuse multiple postings.  Meanwhile, the settings for OE are holding 
and you shouldn't see those equals signs from my messages any more.  Now I 
have to figure how to correct the problem on Braille Plus.
