Tom, I am just perplexed by this discussion. I admit that I do not consider
having to log in a problem. How long does it take to enter your callsign
and password? If it takes someone more than about 5 seconds, then they are
a slow typist. I type in my callsign and password, and it takes me perhaps
3 or 4 seconds. If I log in when I first boot my machine, I leave it up
until I shut her down.

Well, Alan, it used to be so easy, but now, for whatever reason, I'm having
the trouble I have noted.

Perhaps it is something with Jaws, or with my Jaws set-up here, although I
notice it on my Windows 7 laptop as well.

Hopefully, other Jaws users can give some tips regarding what works for
them.
