Hi Butch,

The Kenwood TS2000 guide on I can work this thing.com is great, it will be
a big help to you.

Transmit audio monitor.

Do the following.

To turn the monitor, on, tap the function Key, the long button just to the
right of the Keypad, then tap the transmit power button, second button down
on the left row of the two colums of buttons just to the left of the tuning
knob, adjust with the channel select knob.

To turn it off, press function and transmit power again

This does not turn the monitor off, it just turns off your ability to
control the monitor. If you do not want the monitor to function, you must
turn it down before you turn it off;.

It is a good idea to use head phones when useing this monitor.
