John,

I have no personal experience with this guy, but have heard good things 
about N1EQ.  Here is a link to his site, where you can check out his 
operation and view his reviews on e-ham (which seem to be pretty favorable.

He mostly seems to    work on Kenwood and Icom HF radios.
