Well, the THF6A has the high and low beeps as well, and what surprises me
about it is that when you are using the keypad to enter in the frequencies
the tones are different depending on what number you press.  As for the
menus they will take some time to get to know and understand, but it is
really not that much different from when I have had new scanners over the
years.  You take a while getting to know how they work, and getting to
know what you can and cannot do with them.  How long has it taken you to
learn your radio?
