Well, maybe for the antenna on the space shuttle.  Otherwise a few bucks at 
Homo Depot or electrical supply place  for good  old No Alox or Penatrox 
will get you enough to last a lifetime of hamming.

I wouldn't put  an antenna outside that wasn't assembled with some sort of 
anti corrosion goop.   Over time the aluminum will corrode together   and 
cause electrical problems, as well as being a bear to get apart in the 
future.
