Hey Tom,

Maybe you should hit the withdraw button on that email.

I wondered why it went to the list and yet I saw nothing from those earlier 
messages.  I'm sure my face isn't as red as yours.

Hey, Kevin, hang in there guy.  I know this can't be easy, but keep fighting 
that Big C.
