Sorry as hope this isn't to off topic for this list; but, needed to find out if anyone can recommend or tell me which talking air and heting thermostat works best as far as ease of operation and or flexibility and if any of them will work with both non heat pumps as still own a conventional regular AC/HC unit; but, didn't want to have to tturn around and buy another thermostat if wound up having to purchase  new unit or heat pump?
