I got it!

I guess the trick was to go to the tools menu in outlook express, and your 
e-mail here jogged the memory enough to make it happen.

Tom,

I believe alt-t should do it.  Whenever you're not sure of something like
that just bring up the menu bar by hitting the alt key and then just left or
right arrow through the choices.  That kind of exploration can sometimes pay
big dividends.  Lou
