I have a Motorola JT1000 for sale.  The JT1000 is a Motorola UHF commercial 
radio that runs from 403 to 470MHz.
This unit is field programmable from the keypad.  A blind or visually 
impaired person will have no difficulty programming it.  The radio is in 
excellent shape and comes with the Motorola rapid-charger.  The only reason 
I'm selling it is I want to upgrade to a Motorola radio that does Mototrbo 
or apco25.  I'm asking $400 shipped to your door.  If interested feel free
